Cover the Night is here

20 Apr

Take a look at your neighborhood before you go to bed tonight.

Then compare it with what you see tomorrow morning.

Tonight is KONY2012 Cover the Night, when Invisible Children has asked us to cover our communities with KONY2012 signs. It’s been a while since the video went viral (an eon in virtual time) and the controversy erupted. I, for one, am curious about the action we’ll see tonight.

If you’re interested in reading a brief, time-elapsed reflection on the campaign and its merits, check out Robert Wright’s piece in The Atlantichttp://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2012/04/kony-2012-night-arrives-at-last/256149/.
